Inevidesk is virtual infrastructure that's provided in 'pods' of a minimum of 7 desktops (vdesks) available by monthly, annual, 2 or 3 year subscription (please contact us for pricing). The price below is for 7 users based on the standard specification on a monthly basis. For details of the standard specification please view the Product Overview below.

Our standard annual subscription specification is:
7 virtual desktops (vdesks) per 'pod'.
Each vdesk includes:
4 virtual CPU's
32 GB RAM
500 GB SSD storage
Dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P2200 5G GPU
1 TB of fileserver storage included.

We also offer a basic and pro specification and can cater for custom specifications for enterprise-wide deployment.

What you need to use Inevidesk:
The Inevidesk application can run on very lightweight and inexpensive hardware, but does require a modern Intel processor or NVIDIA/AMD graphics card (with h265 codec support) to enable optimum performance.

An internet connection. Service performance is dependent on the quality of the network connection when accessed outside of the office and performance may vary depending on the quality of connection at both the host site and the connecting location.
Your software applications licensed for virtual use.

Please note:
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct licensing for all software you wish to upload to the vdesks including a Windows Enterprise license with virtualisation access rights.

End User Support
You are responsible for support for end users.
Transitioning your working environment to a virtual platform is a liberating, but big change.

Included in your Inevidesk subscription cost is advice and support to get you on board with as little drama as possible.
Relax and rest assured that you are in great hands and there will be no spiralling set up fees to get you started.
